Your Sri Lanka Trip will begin with your visit to the elephant orphanage where you can enjoy the playful moments of these adorable Asiatic Elephants. Then you will be exploring the cultural and historical epicenter - the sacred city of Kandy which houses one of priced treasures in Buddhist culture and a traditional Kandyan dance performance will await you here. Venturing towards the next city is like entering your childhood stories from the epic of Ramayana as told by your grandmother; as you will be visiting a few of these sacred places related to the storyline in Nuwara Eliya. Our highlight of this Sri Lanka Vacation is your visit to the coastal town of Bentota famed for its turtle conservation center and Madu Ganga river which has a beautiful mangrove canopy. Participate in some adrenaline-pumping water sports activities on Bentota Beach to add a touch of adventure to your tropical vacation. Our Sri Lanka Holiday Packages concludes by visiting the capital city of Colombo which will greet you with colonial buildings, bustling markets and delectable seafood and vegetarian food to choose from.

Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Sri Lanka. Transfer to Kandy, en route visit Elephant Orphanage.

Arrive in Sri Lanka and clear your immigration and visa formalities at the airport.

Meet your chauffeur and get transferred to Kandy.

On the way, we will take you to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage wherein you can feed and bathe the elephants.

Arrive at the Sacred City of Kandy - a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 2

Kandy City Tour and Cultural Dance Show.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel and embark on a city tour of Kandy.

Walk through the colorful Royal Botanical Garden which is home to 4000+ species of plants.

Later, visit the temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, where the left canine tooth of Gautama Buddha is enshrined.

We will enjoy the evening by watching a special cultural dance performance of Kandy with local instruments and costumes.

Overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 3

Kandy to Nuwara Eliya. City Tour of Nuwara Eliya and around.

Post breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Nuwara Eliya.

Check-in at the hotel and head out to visit the Ramboda waterfall for a natural retreat.

Next, we will learn about the tea manufacturing process by visiting the aromatic tea plantations and a tea factory.

Later, visit the Sri Baktha Hanuman Temple on a small hilltop 30 kms from Nuwara Eliya.

Return back to Nuwara Eliya to embark on a city tour.

Conclude the day by seeking the blessings of goddess Sita at the Seetha Amman Temple, one of the important shrines of the Ramayana circuit in Sri Lanka.

Day 4

Nuwara Eliya to Bentota. Day at leisure

Post breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Bentota.

Check-in and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

You can go around exploring this coastal town or sit leisurely by the beach.

Day 5

Explore Bentota. Visit Turtle Hatchery and indulge in Water Activities.

Have your breakfast at the hotel and travel to Kosgoda.

Visit the Turtle Hatchery to understand the life cycle of sea turtles right from birth.

Further, we have arranged a pleasant boat ride in Madu Ganga for relaxation.

Next, we head to Bentota Beach and participate in water sports activities.

Overnight stay in Bentota.

Day 6

Bentota to Colombo. City Tour and Shopping in Colombo.

Have your breakfast at the hotel in Bentota.

Next, board your transfers to Colombo - the capital city.

Check-in and we will then begin our Colombo city tour which will take us through the major attractions in the city.

We have planned this evening for you to indulge in a shopping spree.

Overnight stay in Colombo.

Day 7

Departure with a lot of memories to cherish.

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to the airport for your onward journey.

Your tour concludes once we drop you off at the airport.
