"I recently traveled to Japan on the Community Trip with WanderOn and overall, it was a great experience! The trip was well-organized and everything went smoothly. The travel team was very helpful in providing all the necessary information prior to departure. One small suggestion would be to communicate in advance when we would be added to the WhatsApp groups, as that would help set expectations better. While the trip itself was fantastic, my experience with the sales team could have been better. The sales representative, Harsha Sharma, was very persistent before the payment was made, but unfortunately became unresponsive afterward and did not assist with any queries. I was left in the dark trying to contact higher ups to get the required info. On the positive side, Yashwant from the WanderOn Visa team was amazing! He ensured that my visa was processed on time with minimal effort required from my side and was always helpful in addressing my questions. A special shoutout to our trip captain, Aditya Pant and our guide on ground Maimoon, they were absolutely fantastic! They made sure everything ran smoothly, kept us on schedule, and most importantly, ensured that everyone was having a great time! The itinerary was quite packed and a bit hectic at times, but it covered many must-see places and was definitely worth it. I also really appreciated the leisure days that allowed us to explore on our own. The fellow travelers were great too, like minded and made for a really fun time! Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend taking a trip with WanderOn!"
