  8. Alcohol consumption may be limited in all-inclusive hotels in nightlife areas (e.g., six drinks per day in Magaluf or Ibiza).
  9. Reserving a beach spot with towels and leaving it unattended is illegal, with fines up to €3,000.
  10. Travel insurance covering at least €30,000 in medical expenses and repatriation is mandatory for visa applicants.
  11. Non-EU residents driving in Spain must carry an international driving permit; driving barefoot, shirtless, or in flip-flops can lead to fines between €80 and €200.
