Bali Visa for Indians

Few Details Worth Knowing:

• This visa can be extended once for another 30 days, taking the maximum stay to 60 days.
• The extension costs IDR 500,000, paid online through the official immigration portal, & can be applied for as early as 14 days before your visa expires.
• Since 2025, you'll also need to visit an immigration office in person for biometric verification, so give yourself a few days' buffer instead of applying right before you fly.

2. Return/onward ticket, needed as part of the visa documentation

Bali Tourist Levy

Alongside the visa, Bali charges a separate one-time International Tourism Levy of IDR 150,000 per person, adults and children included.

It's best paid in advance through the official Love Bali website or app (lovebali.baliprov.go.id) using a card, bank transfer, or QRIS, though cashless payment counters are also available at Ngurah Rai Airport on arrival.

Payment generates a QR voucher that gets scanned at checkpoints, so it's worth keeping it saved before you land.

All Indonesia Arrival Cards

Since September 2025, every international arrival into Indonesia, Bali included, needs to submit the All Indonesia Arrival Card, a single digital form that's replaced the older separate customs and health declarations.

It's free, done online within 72 hours of arrival, and results in a QR code checked at both immigration and customs. This isn't a substitute for your visa, both still need to be completed separately.
