The Economist intelligence Unit has ranked almost 173 cities on factors such as environmental stability, infrastructure, education, as well as health care. Austrian capital Vienna, also known as the City of Dreams, stood out in terms of culture, infrastructure, education, healthcare, and entertainment as well.
The city that stood second was Copenhagen, followed by Melbourne and then Sydney.
