1 Dec 2025Our Dubai trip with WanderOn was planned exceptionally well, especially considering it was a last-minute booking done within 48 hours. The team was highly supportive, stayed in touch till late nights to clarify all queries, and ensured our flights, visa, and customised itinerary were perfectly arranged. Everything was smooth and well-coordinated from their end, and the drivers assigned for sightseeing were polite too. However, the major drawback was the private transfer service provided by their partner agency. For all four days, we faced issues—drivers arriving late, not showing up at all, and in one instance, giving completely wrong directions, leaving us searching around Dubai Mall for nearly an hour. This was disappointing and took away from an otherwise beautifully planned trip. Overall, I truly appreciate WanderOn’s effort and would still choose to travel with them again, hoping they reconsider the private transfer vendor for future travellers.
