Delhi To Get Its First Waste To Art Dinosaur Park

These replicas, ranging from 9 to 65 feet in height and up to 54 feet in length, not only mimic realistic movements but also have special features like roaring sounds, growls, hisses, and even the ability to spit fire. Taking inspiration from Jurassic Park, the park will have light and sound effects, recreating iconic scenes from the movie, such as dinosaurs crushing vehicles.

The park, 80% complete and using around 300 tonnes of waste material, aims to represent 15 dinosaur species. Visitors will encounter replicas like Coelophysis, Brontosaurus, Velociraptor, Tsintaosaurus, and more. The entrance features stegosaurus replicas made from horticulture waste, scrap, and car parts, while the park also includes a large Tyrannosaurus Rex that spits fire and blinks its eyes. 

Spread over 3.5 acres next to the Waste-to-Wonder Park, the dinosaur park is designed for children, offering slides, climbing ropes, swings, and a play area with safety measures. The landscape will be enhanced with trees and shrubs, creating an immersive experience for visitors. The innovative park transforms waste into art, providing both entertainment and environmental awareness.
