Indonesia’s tourism minister has stated that if all goes as planned, the list of the countries that will be eligible for visa-free entry will be finalised within the next month.
According to the pre-pandemic statistics from 2019, it can be seen that Indonesia witnessed a total of 16 million foreign visitors. This year, from January to October, the country welcomed a total of 9.49 million visitors, which is a substantial increase of 124.3% compared to 2022.
