  • Kashmir doesn’t have its own train station. The closest one is Jammu Tawi station, which is about 300 km away from Srinagar.
  • Jammu Tawi station is well-connected, with trains coming from different parts of India. So it should be easy to find a train there.
  • Once you reach Jammu Tawi, you can then take a bus or taxi to travel the rest of the way to the Kashmir valley.
