Ladakh is not just another Instagram destination in the mountains, it is a Himalayan wonderland where dreams come alive, where the mountains meet the horizon, and the Indus River dances to the tunes of a flourishing civilization! It is a cold desert with all the warmth we need in life. A trip to Ladakh starts with a flight ticket to Leh, with the window seat offering grand views of the snow-capped mountains and the journey that awaits us! On arriving at Leh, we will witness the beauty of the unique city nestled in the Himalayan mountains.

We will ride across the city and visit the hall of fame, Shanti Stupa, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and magnetic hill to woo science! However, what tops the journey is a visit to the Turtuk village, which is one of the northmost villages of our country. Culturally different from the mainstream Ladakhi traditions, Turtuk village majorly harbors the practices of Islam! Leh trip with Turtuk village also includes an adrenaline-filled ride to the top Khardung La, the colorful Pangong Tso, and the desert of Nubra Valley!

Itinerary

Day 1

Leh Arrival - Acclimatization Day

Upon arrival at Leh, head to your hotel.

Check-in and spend a relaxing day, getting proper rest to give your body a chance to acclimatize.

In the evening you can go for a stroll to the Leh market

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

Visit Hall of fame, Shanti Stupa, Magnetic hills and Pathar Sahib Gurudwara - Overnight stay at Leh.

Wake Up & have breakfast at the hotel.

Post breakfast head for the local sightseeing of Leh.

Places to Visit – Hall of Fame, Shanti Stupa, Magnetic hills and Pathar Sahib Gurudwara.

Evening free for leisure and acclimatization.

Explore the local Leh Market and some cafes around.

Come back to the hotel by evening.

Dinner & sleep overnight.

Day 3

Leh to Nubra Valley over Khardung La - Overnight stay at Diskit.

After breakfast in the morning, head to Nubra Valley via Khardung-La(Highest motorable road at 5359 mt).

On the way to Nubra Valley first visit Shanti Stupa and start your journey back to Nubra Valley.

Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. It is situated to the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas.

Check in to the hotel and visit the Sand Dunes (cold deserts of India), take a camel safari (self-paid).

Visit the Monastery around. Come back to the hotel by evening, have dinner and sleep overnight.

Day 4

Nubra Valley to Turtuk to Nubra Valley - Overnight stay at Diskit.

Wake up to a beautiful sunrise.

Post breakfast depart for Turtuk, a remote village of about 4,000 residents inhabited by ethnic Muslims, a few kilometers from the ‘Line Of Control’ (the de facto border) between India and Pakistan, on the Indian side.

Turtuk is the penultimate village open to foreign tourists before Pakistan.

Spend some time in the pristine landscapes of Turtuk Village.

Come back to Diskit by evening.

Dinner & Sleep Overnight.

Day 5

Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso via Shyok Valley- Overnight stay at Pangong Tso.

After breakfast check out , start your journey to the famous Pangong Tso via the Agam and Shyok villages.

Pangong Tso which is perhaps one of the most amazing lakes in Asia changes its color 4 – 5 times a day.

The Pangong Lake or “lake of the great hollow” is considered as the largest lake in Asia. The water is clearer though salty.

The Crystal-clear salty water shines in many shades of blue depending upon its depth. It literally changes shades with sunlight.

With a backdrop of mountains of various hues and colors, it is a sight for the Gods. At an elevation of 4300 meters, the air is cool even in summers at Ladakh.

Pangong Lake is about 4 km wide on average and at least 136 Km long. The extent of the known portion is, therefore, upwards of 250 square miles (400 sq. km).

Reach Pangong Lake & check in to the campsite.

Day 6

Pangong Tso to Leh Via Chang La - Overnight stay at Leh

Wake up early morning to witness a mesmerizing sunrise.

After having breakfast, head back to Leh.

Enroute visit Chang-La, the 2nd highest motorable road in the world at 5350 m.

Reach by evening time and explore the local market/cafe’s since it will the last day in Leh.

Shop something for your friends/relatives back home.

Come back to the hotel by evening.

Dinner and sleep overnight.

Day 7

Departure from Leh

Post breakfast and check-out drop to the airport, with some amazing memories of the trip.

NOTES:

All the riders are required to wear a riding jacket(won’t be provided by us) at all the times they are riding the bike, else won’t be allowed to ride the bike.

Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. May cause itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing.

As per the local COVID-19 guidelines, a negative RT-PCR test report is mandatory for travelling to Ladakh. You are suggested to take up the test 2 days prior to departure dates.

Any personal expenses like a tip to the drivers, entry to monuments/monasteries, camera/video camera charges, camel safari, river rafting, laundry, telephone bills, tips, etc

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks etc. (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot)
