A perfect combination of skateboarding & skiing, snowboarding on the snowy mountains of Himalayas is definitely a unique affair!
A recent sport in India, snowboarding is a must skill for every explorer looking to spice up their experiences! From being a great mental exercise to a splendid physical challenge, manoeuvring on the mountains of Gulmarg is a treat.
Like always, we had to add both basic & advanced set of courses to our palette! In the basic course, you will build the foundation, learn the basic techniques & use of the board. As we move forward to the advanced course, you’ll learn new skills to add onto your foundation.
Our snowboarding course takes place in Gulmarg, the heart of Kashmir. It is one of the best destinations to snowboard at owing to skilled instructors & a good level of snow. Gulmarg is also a great place for you to enjoy your mountain life!
In our snowboarding course, you’ll get certified instructions, homely stay & meals! And what’s better than a hot bowl of food at the end of a good practice session, isn’t it!

Itinerary
Arrive in Srinagar till 10 AM
We will pick you up from Srinagar airport and drive to Gulmarg.
Welcome to the Gulmarg and check in to the hotel.
Rest of the day for leisure to explore Gulmarg by your own
In the evening we’ll run you through the program outline including goals and training objectives.
Have dinner and retire for the night.
After breakfast, our representative will escort you to the shop where you shall collect your snowboarding equipment and gear.
Then proceed to the training slopes where your instructor shall be waiting for you and embark on a journey to learn this wonderful sport of snowboarding.
First session ends at 1 p.m.
There will be lunch break from 1 to 2 p.m. Second session of snowboarding from 2 to 4 p.m.
Return to hotel and relax for the day.
After breakfast, proceed for snowboarding.
Today you shall be snowboarding at the 85 slope.
You shall learn snow plough technique and turning technique today.
Session ends at 4.
You can go back to hotel and relax.
After breakfast, proceed for snowboarding.
Today you will be snowboarding at the Highland slope.
You shall be learning stick plant technique, carving etc. Session ends at 4.
Go back to hotel and relax for the day.
After breakfast
today you shall be going to the high phase for snowboarding.
It shall be a really thrilling day as you snowboard a 6 km stretch.
Post snowboarding you can do snow bikes or sledging.
Return to hotel.Overnight stay in Gulmarg.
After breakfast you shall be going to the higher phase again for snowboarding.
Today you will be taking another route to snowboard on like forest line, bumpy line and steep ridge.
You can show your skills today.
Later in the evening transfer to the Srinagar.
Check-in to the houseboat. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Fly back from the srinagar to your home destination with lots of memories!

5 nights stay in Gulmarg hotel and 1 night stay in houseboat in Srinagar. On double sharing basis
A total of 12 meals (Breakfast from Day 2 to Day 7 and Dinner from Day 1 to Day 6) included.
