Overview & Highlights

Manali - Jispa - Padum - Gonbo Rongjon - Manali - Delhi
If you think you've seen Ladakh, you haven't seen Zanskar. Tucked deep inside the western Himalayas and cut off from the world for most of the year, the Zanskar Valley remains one of the last truly offbeat frontiers in India and we're taking you right into its heart, on two wheels.
We ride out of Manali through the legendary Atal Tunnel and into the dramatic Lahaul Valley, following the roaring Chandra River before conquering the mighty Shingo La Pass at 5,091m - one of the most thrilling high-altitude passes in all of the Himalayas. From there, the roads get rawer, the landscape gets wilder, and the adventure gets real.
In Zanskar, we explore the ancient Stongdey and Karsha Gompas, chase a hidden waterfall in Sheela Village, and hike through rugged terrain across wooden bridges to reach Phugtal Monastery, a 2,500-year-old cave monastery so remote and surreal, it barely feels real. We camp under star-filled skies in Gonbo Rangjon, the legendary God's Mountain, before riding back with memories that no road trip could ever match.
This isn't just a bike trip. This is Zanskar and it's calling your name. Book Now with WanderOn!
