Inaugurated in April 2022, the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya is a unique tribute to India’s democratic journey.

Delve into the essence of this museum, offering a guide for visitors eager to explore the lives and legacies of India’s Prime Ministers, and can be a valuable addition to many Indian travel packages.

Located within the Teen Murti Bhavan estate in New Delhi, previously dedicated solely to India’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, the Sangrahalaya has sparked national conversation.

A Chronicle of Leadership

The Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya is more than just your average museum. It is a narrative tapestry that traces India’s development since independence and connects with the strands of leadership.

The museum symbolically represents the past and present meeting point by expertly combining the old Teen Murti Bhavan with a modern new structure.

The Sangrahalaya, which occupies a massive 15,600 square meters, has 43 galleries, each of which is a treasure trove honoring a different prime minister or historical period.

Beyond lifeless exhibits, the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya transforms the museum visit into a captivating historical journey.

Past prime ministers’ hologram projections are interactive and fascinating ways to bring history to life.

Access to full details on speeches, policies, and important events is made possible by touchscreen interfaces.

Experiential multimedia experiences, such as 360-degree films and virtual reality simulations, put guests in the center of historical events so they may observe important choices being made or feel what it’s like to be in a Parliamentary session.

A 3D-printed national emblem that floats in midair adds a hint of amazement, representing the museum’s dedication to fusing innovation and tradition.

In Ladakh, find the perfect blend of culture, adventure, and serenity. December last year I decided that my next trip would be Ladakh but didn’t know how to go about it. I knew I wanted to travel in a group, as I had prior experiences of traveling in a group but wanted an organiser I could trust. Ladakh isn’t like other destinations wherein you need some instructions due to the high altitudes.
