Start your day early, around 4:00 AM, for the drive to Tiger Hill to see a magical sunrise.

Watch the first light hit Mt. Kanchenjunga, turning the peaks golden, with distant views of Mt. Everest on clear days.

On the way back, stop at Batasia Loop, a spiral railway track where the toy train curves through landscaped gardens with mountain views.

Spend some time here for a couple of photoshoots, capturing moments against the scenic backdrop.

Visit the Gorkha War Memorial here, built in honour of soldiers from the region.

Return to your hotel for breakfast and some rest.

Later, step out for local sightseeing around Darjeeling.

We’ll visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute ( closed on Thursday ) , Tenzing Rock ( closed on Thursday ) and the nearby zoo, home to species like the red panda and snow leopard.

Later, visit the Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda, known for its quiet setting and views over the town.

Return to the hotel by evening and relax.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and begin your journey towards Gangtok.

Enjoy a scenic 4 to 5-hour drive through winding hill roads, with views of the Teesta River, valleys, and small mountain towns along the way.

Take a short halt en route to stretch, enjoy the views, or grab a quick refreshment.

Later, continue your journey to Gangtok and reach by evening.

Check into your hotel and relax after the journey.

After an early breakfast, board your transfers towards Tsomgo Lake, a sacred glacial lake at 12,313 ft.

Enjoy the scenic mountain drive with winding roads and views of snow-covered landscapes along the way.

Spend some time by the lake, known for its changing colours and calm surroundings.

You can also enjoy a short yak ride or simply walk along the shore.

You can also try some Maggie and momos at the various food stalls around the lake.

Continue further to Baba Mandir, a revered shrine dedicated to Baba Harbhajan Singh, an Indian Army soldier.

Later, you can also opt to visit Nathula Pass at 14,140 feet, near the Indo-China border (subject to permit and availability).

After sightseeing, return to Gangtok by evening and relax at your hotel.

Later, head out for a candlelight dinner at Gangtok with transfers arranged.

Board your transfers towards Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, leaving the hills behind as the roads descend back to the plains.

You will be dropped off at your selected departure point.
