    Itinerary

    Day 1
    Arrival in Tokyo | Welcome to the Heart of Japan

    Arrive at Tokyo International Airport and complete your immigration and baggage formalities.

    Meet our trip captain, who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel and help with check-in.

    Once settled, take a walk around the nearby neighbourhood, enjoy a cup of coffee, or simply relax after your flight while soaking in the energy of Tokyo.

    If time permits, explore the early spring cherry-blossom spots nearby or admire the city lights coming alive as evening falls.

    Return to your hotel for a comfortable night’s rest and prepare for the exciting days ahead.

    Day 2
    Full-Day Tokyo City Tour | Explore Tokyo’s Historic Sites and Futuristic Concepts

    Wake up to a beautiful morning in your hotel in Tokyo.

    Enjoy a delicious breakfast and get ready for a full-day tour of Tokyo City.

    First, we will visit the Sensō-ji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple, located in the lively Asakusa district, featuring a 5-storey pagoda.

    Then, take a leisurely walk around Asakusa Shopping Street, where you can shop for souvenirs and traditional Japanese snacks.

    Further, we will explore the Tokyo Skytree- a broadcasting and observation tower which is also one of the tallest in the world.

    Here, you can click photos or just soak in the views of the entire Tokyo city.

    Then, visit TeamLab Planets Tokyo- a digital museum where you will walk through water, where the artwork changes depending on the presence of people.

    Later in the evening, drop off at the Shibuya Crossing – the world's busiest pedestrian intersection, which is designed in the form of a scramble.

    It is said that this crossing usually sees around 3000 people crossing this intersection daily.

    Return to your hotel after a full day of exploration.

    Day 3
    Tokyo to Mt. Fuji and Hakone | Discover Japan’s Scenic Beauty and Mountain Charm

    Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and check out to begin your journey toward Mt. Fuji by road.

    Enjoy a beautiful drive through scenic landscapes and countryside views as you make your way toward this world-famous mountain.

    Stop at Mt. Fuji 5th Station, which is the highest accessible point by vehicle, located at an altitude of 2,300 meters.

    From here, you can admire the breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding valleys.

    Next, visit the Chureito Pagoda, one of Japan’s most iconic spots for capturing Mt. Fuji.

    Spend some time exploring the peaceful surroundings and clicking photos. Later, continue your journey toward Hakone, a resort town known for its natural beauty, hot springs, and calm atmosphere.

    Upon reaching Hakone, check into your hotel and relax after a wonderful day of exploring Japan’s mountain landscapes.

    You can also choose to enjoy an optional traditional onsen bath in the evening for a truly Japanese experience.

    Day 4
    Hakone to Kyoto | Scenic Cruise, Ropeway Ride, and Journey to the Cultural Heart of Japan

    Wake up to a fresh morning in Hakone and enjoy your breakfast at the hotel.

    Start your half-day city tour of Hakone by visiting Lake Ashi, a scenic crater lake formed from a volcanic eruption thousands of years ago.

    Enjoy a relaxing pirate-style cruise on the lake and take in the stunning views of Mt. Fuji on clear days.

    Continue your exploration with a thrilling ride on the Hakone Ropeway, offering stunning views of the Owakudani Valley, a volcanic valley known for its sulfur vents and famous black eggs boiled in the hot springs.

    After completing your sightseeing in Hakone, you will be transferred to Odawara Station to board your train to Kyoto.

    Enjoy the scenic bullet train journey through Japan’s countryside, offering glimpses of rural life and rolling green hills.

    Upon reaching Kyoto, check in to your hotel and relax after a delightful day of travel.

    Day 5
    Full-Day Kyoto City Tour or Suzuka Circuit (F1 Practice Session Day 1)

    Wake up to a beautiful morning in Kyoto and enjoy a wholesome breakfast at your hotel.

    Today, you can choose to go for a Full Day Kyoto City tour or head to the Suzuka Circuit based on your interests.

    If you choose, Full day Kyoto City Tour.

    First, we will be visiting the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, which is a bamboo forest with towering stalks of bamboo lined across a path, which is a breathtaking sight. A walk through this mystical bamboo forest will immediately transfer you to a zen mode.

    Next, visit the Kinkakuji, also known as the Golden Pavilion, which is a Buddhist Zen temple whose top 2 floors are completely covered in gold leaf.

    Walk through its gardens and along the large pond that surrounds the temple.

    Next, we will visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine, located in southern Kyoto, famous for its thousand red torii gates on Mount Inari that contrast beautifully with blooming cherry trees.

    Post lunch, we will head to Nara, which is approximately 1 hour away.

    Upon reaching Nara, we will be proceeding towards the Nara Deer Park, where around 1200 deer roam freely, and you can interact with these gentle creatures and take photos.

    Later, proceed to visit the Tōdai-ji Temple, home to Japan’s largest bronze Buddha.

    You will be heading straight to the iconic Suzuka Circuit for an unforgettable first day of track action.

    Here, you can explore the fan zones filled with interactive games, racing simulators, and photo opportunities.

    Visit the merchandise stalls to pick up exclusive F1 gear, souvenirs, and memorabilia.

    After an exciting day immersed in high-speed action, we will board our transfer back to Kyoto.

    Spend the evening relaxing at your hotel, reflecting on the adrenaline-filled moments of the day.

    Day 6
    Kyoto – Suzuka Circuit (F1 Event Day 2)

    Today, we return to the Suzuka Circuit to experience another exhilarating day of Formula 1 action.

    Feel the excitement build as the cars speed around the track during practice laps, and hear the cheers from enthusiastic fans.

    You can explore the event’s interactive zones where you can learn about the history of the Suzuka Circuit, the technology behind F1 cars, and the strategy involved in racing.

    You can also take pictures at the fan zones, enjoy snacks and refreshments at the on-site stalls, and soak in the electric atmosphere as the teams prepare for the race weekend.

    You may also get a chance to witness behind-the-scenes activities and meet other fans passionate about F1.

    After a thrilling day of high-speed racing, we will return to Kyoto.

    Unwind at the hotel or take a short evening walk to nearby local spots.

    Day 7
    Kyoto to Osaka – Suzuka Circuit (Race Day)and Transfer to Osaka

    Wake up to an Exciting morning as today is the grand finale at the Suzuka Circuit.

    After breakfast, we will transfer from Kyoto to witness the main race day of the Formula 1 event.

    Feel the adrenaline as engines roar, cars zoom past at breathtaking speeds, and the crowd erupts with excitement for every overtaking manoeuvre.

    If you wish, you can walk around the fan zones and enjoy interactive exhibits, racing simulators, and live displays of racing technology.

    Capture amazing photographs with the cars, race track, and cheering fans, and shop for exclusive F1 merchandise to remember this unforgettable day.

    After the intense excitement of the race, we will depart Suzuka and continue our transfer to Osaka.

    Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation.

    In the evening, you can explore Osaka’s lively streets, indulge in its famous street food, or simply unwind after an action-packed day of Formula 1 thrills.

    Day 8
    Leisure Day in Osaka | Explore at your own leisure.

    Wake up to a pleasant morning in Osaka.

    Have your breakfast at the hotel and spend the rest of the day as you like.

    You can visit Universal Studios Japan for thrilling rides and movie-themed attractions or go shopping in Shinsaibashi, Osaka’s top shopping street, filled with fashion brands and food joints.

    For stunning city views, head to Umeda Sky Building, a unique skyscraper with a floating garden observatory.

    If you love local culture, explore Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, one of the world’s largest aquariums, or take a cruise along the Kansai-Aqua River.

    You can also spend your evening tasting Osaka’s famous street foods like okonomiyaki (savoury pancakes) and takoyaki (octopus balls).

    Upon completing the sightseeing for the day, return to your hotel.

    Day 9
    Departure | Take Back Thrilling Memories

    Wake up in the morning and have your breakfast at the hotel.

    Get ready to check out and board your transfers to the Osaka airport.
