Land at Reykjavik Airport, where our representative will meet you for a smooth one-way transfer into the town.

Check in at the hotel, freshen up and relax before beginning your Iceland group tour from India.

You may spend your time walking down the main street and visit the famous Hallgrimskirkja church rising above the rooftops.

Enjoy an overnight stay in Reykjavik.

Enjoy a tasty breakfast at the hotel, then get ready for the major highlight of this Iceland group trip, the Golden Circle.

After check-out, head to Thingvellir National Park, known as the birthplace of Iceland's first parliament, established over a thousand years ago.

Walk through the Almannagjá fissure, where you can see the gap between the North American and Eurasian continental plates.

The park is also home to Silfra, a water-filled fissure known for its crystal-clear waters and snorkelling experiences.

Next, head to the Geysir geothermal area, where steam rises from the ground and hot springs bubble beneath the surface.

Right next to it, watch Strokkur, the area's active geyser, shoot a tall jet of hot water into the air every few minutes.

Keep your camera ready, since Strokkur gives only a few seconds of warning before it erupts.

Then reach Gullfoss, nicknamed the "Golden Falls", where glacial water drops in two powerful steps into a deep canyon.

Stand on the viewing path and feel the spray on your face as the water crashes down, with rainbows sometimes appearing on sunny days.

After the experience, enjoy the journey towards Vik, a small coastal village famous for its black sand beaches and sea stacks.

Check into your hotel and rest for the evening after the long journey.

Overnight stay in Vik.

After breakfast, board your transfer for the South Iceland tour, one of the best days on this Iceland community trip.

Our first stop is Seljalandsfoss, a tall waterfall known for the path that goes right behind the falling water.

Carry rain jackets here, since the spray reaches the walkway and can soak you in seconds.

Then we drive to Skógafoss, a wide, powerful waterfall where you can walk close to the base or climb the steps for a top view.

On a sunny day, look for a rainbow forming in the mist near the bottom of the falls.

Next is Reynisfjara, a black sand beach known for its tall basalt columns, stacked like giant steps against the cliff.

Offshore, you can see the Reynisdrangar sea stacks, sharp rock formations rising straight out of the water.

Keep a safe distance from the waves, as this beach is known for its powerful sneaker waves.

Later, enjoy a drive to Dyrholaey, a high headland with wide views over the black sand coast and a rock arch big enough for boats to pass through.

In summer, this cliff is a good spot to see puffins nesting in the grassy edges.

After sightseeing, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Vik.

After breakfast, check out and board your transfer towards Hofn, one of the best legs of this Iceland group tour.

En route, we will visit Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon, a deep blue lake filled with giant icebergs broken off from the Vatnajokull glacier behind it.

Watch chunks of ice drift slowly towards the sea, some streaked with ash lines, others a deep glowing blue.

Cross the road to Diamond Beach, where clear ice chunks sit scattered across black volcanic sand like scattered glass.

Walk along the dark shore for photos as waves push the ice blocks back and forth near the water's edge.

Then drive on to Hofn, a small fishing town on the east coast known across Iceland as the lobster capital.

Check in at your Hofn hotel, and spend the evening exploring the surroundings at your own pace.

Overnight stay in Hofn.

Savour a hearty breakfast and then proceed to check out of your hotel.

Then, begin the long drive towards the north for about 3.5 hours to reach Vök Baths.

Arrive at Vök Baths, a geothermal spa, with warm pools extending over the cool waters of Lake Urriðavatn.

Before entering the pools, shower without your swimsuit, as is customary at Icelandic bathing facilities, and then step into the warm geothermal water.

Enjoy floating in the pools and taking in the views of the surrounding lake and landscape.

Later, board your transfer towards the Lake Myvatn area, known for its volcanic landscapes and unusual lava formations, including Dimmuborgir.

You may walk near the bubbling mud pools, where the ground steams and smells of sulphur.

Stay on the marked paths, as the nearby ground can be extremely hot.

Further on, stop at Godafoss, the horseshoe-shaped "Waterfall of the Gods", and walk along the paths on both banks for different views of the falls.

Later, continue for 4 hours towards Akureyri, the largest town in North Iceland.

Check into your hotel and have a rest after the day's journey.

Overnight stay in Akureyri.

Start the day with breakfast, then gear up for a whale watching adventure on your Iceland community trip (subject to availability).

Settle in for a short one-hour drive north to Husavik, Iceland's whale watching capital.

Board a boat from the old harbour and head out into Skjalfandi Bay, where guides point out humpback whales, minke whales and white-beaked dolphins feeding close to the surface.

Keep your eyes on the cliffs and open water for puffins, which nest here in large numbers through the summer months.

Drive back to Akureyri and spend your afternoon at leisure.

You may take a walk through the Akureyri Botanical Garden, home to Arctic and alpine plants from around the world at your own pace.

You can also browse the shops and cafes on Hafnarstraeti, Akureyri's main street, before the evening settles in.

Overnight stay in Akureyri.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast and get ready for one of the major highlights of your Iceland group adventure.

We’ll drive south towards Husafell, a green valley set among birch woods and old lava fields.

On the way, you can stop at the Settlement Centre in Borgarnes, or simply enjoy the farmland views along the route.

If time allows, stop at Husafell's geothermal pools for a warm soak, or walk past the valley's outdoor stone art pieces.

At Husafell, swap your bus for a specially modified glacier vehicle and ride up onto Langjokull, Iceland's second-largest glacier.

The vehicle drops you near the entrance to a man-made tunnel dug deep into the ice, where the Into the Glacier tour begins.

Inside, walk through glowing blue ice corridors, past carved rooms and a small ice chapel, while guides explain how the tunnel was created.

After the tour, drive on to Reykjavik, watching the landscape change from glacier fields to green hills and finally city views.

Check in at your Reykjavik hotel and have some rest.

Overnight stay in Reykjavik.

Wake up early in the morning and have a filling breakfast for the day’s adventure.

Then, board your transfer to the Blue Lagoon, a milky blue pool set inside black lava rock, known for its warm silica-rich water.

We float in water that stays around 37-39°C, even when the air outside is cold.

You can try a free silica mud mask at the mask bar, then let it dry on your skin before rinsing it off in the water.

Lockers, towels and showers are all on site, so just bring swimwear and relax for a few hours.

After the soak, head back to the hotel, with the rest of the day free to explore Reykjavik at your own pace.

You can walk around Laugavegur Street for shops and cafes, or visit Hallgrimskirkja Church for city views from its tower.

Overnight stay in Reykjavik.

Savour a delicious breakfast and prepare to check out of the hotel.

Board your transfer to Reykjavik International Airport for your flight home.

As the glaciers and waterfalls fade behind you, this Iceland group trip ends here, with memories to last well beyond the flight.
