Head out to reach Tyrna Village, the starting point of your descent into the valley.

Begin the 3,500-step descent into the lush Nongriat jungle, crossing narrow suspension bridges over turquoise river pools along the way.

After around 1.5–2 hours, reach the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge, a remarkable example of living root architecture.

Spend time walking on the bridge and relaxing by the crystal-clear waters of the Umshiang River.

If energy and time permit, continue further to Rainbow Falls, where sunlight often creates a natural rainbow in the mist.
