Called ‘Himachal’s Best Kept Secret’, enclosed by the Great Himalayan National Park with flowing rivers, lush green valleys and lakes, Tirthan Valley is one of the most beautiful places in Himachal. It draws its name from Tirthan River, which originates from the glaciers of Himalayas. This is an area of exceptional beauty and mountain scenery, unspoiled villages and nature, great walks and inviting guesthouses. It’s the gateway to the spectacular, World Heritage–listed Great Himalayan National Park, 754 pristine square kilometres of steep-sided river valleys and mountains reaching right up to the 6000m-plus peaks of the Great Himalayan Range. Jalori Pass, Chaini Fort, Shringa Rishi Temple, Serolsar Lake, 360° View Point are some of the places to look out for while exploring the Tirthan Valley.

Itinerary

Day 0

Departure from Delhi & Chandigarh | Overnight Journey

Begin from the city of Delhi at 6-7 PM (Tentative) from Majnu ka Tilla and Nearest metro station is Vidhan Sabha and pickup from Chandigarh by 11pm-1am

Day 1

Reach Aut - Transfer to Shangarh - Explore Barshangarh Waterfall and Shangchul Mahadev Temple. Overnight stay at Shangarh.

Reach Aut by morning.

Reach Shangarh by morning.

Check in at a beautiful Homestay/Campsite, freshen up.

Later go for Barshangarh Waterfall & Shangchul Mahadev Temple.

Explore nearby Attractions.

Later, come back to the Homestay/Campsite.

Dinner and night stays are offered at the Homestay/Campsite.

Day 2

Pundrik Rishi Lake Trek & Temple Visit - Overnight stay at Shangarh.

Wake up, and feel the breath-taking view of morning.

Have breakfast, enjoy near by places.

Get Ready to go on a Small & Beautiful Trek to Pundrik Rishi Lake (3-4km).

Passing through the Enticing meadows to reach Pundrik Lake.

Enjoy the beauty of Surroundings Return back to the stay.

Have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Visit Raila Waterfall & River Rafting | Depart for Delhi

Check out from Homestay/Campsite.

Wake up with the beautiful sight in front of your eyes.

Have breakfast and leave for the Raila expedition.

Raila is a small village that has Rupi Raila waterfalls.

Hike to magnificent Rupi Raila waterfalls (1km)

Enjoy River Rafting (Chargeble 600)

Later depart for Delhi by 7 pm with lots of breath-taking views and everlasting memories of Shangarh.

Reach Chandigarh by Late night and Delhi by early morning with beautiful memories.

NOTE: Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants etc. May cause itinerary change. We reserve the rights to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general wellbeing.

NOTE: The age limit of our group departures is 18 to 40 years due to the power packed itineraries that we provide to our travellers. We can customize trips for travellers beyond the mentioned age bracket.

NOTE: The mode of transportation from Delhi is primarily operated by private entities (third party vendor's), except in cases where the group size exceeds 35 individuals.

NOTE: In case of extreme weather conditions where the allotted vehicle may not be suitable for travel, we will arrange 4x4 vehicles to ensure your safety and smooth accessibility. Please note that any additional costs for the 4x4 vehicles will be borne by the clients.

Entire travel as per the itinerary.(From Delhi to Aut & Aut to Delhi it will be in Semi-sleeper Volvo & for the internal transfer it will be in Sumo/Tempo)

A total of 5 meals – 2 meals on Day 1 (Breakfast and Dinner) + 2 meals on Day 2 (Breakfast and Dinner) + 1 meal on Day 3. (Breakfast)

Accommodation at Gushaini in resort/hotel for 2 nights.
