    Itinerary

    Day 1

    Chandigarh To Narkanda (Approx. 180 Km | 5-6 Hrs) | Hatu Peak & Himalayan Views

    Arrive in Chandigarh and begin your journey towards Narkanda, marking the start of your Spiti Valley tour from Chandigarh.

    If time permits, visit the famous Hatu Temple (11,150 ft.), perched atop Hatu Peak.

    Explore its intricate wooden architecture and panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayas.

    By evening, arrive in Narkanda (8,900 ft.) and check in to your stay.

    Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Narkanda.

    Day 2

    Narkanda To Sangla (Approx. 170 Km | 6-7 Hrs) | Chitkul & Baspa Valley

    Enjoy a relaxed breakfast, check out and board your transfer to Sangla.

    We'll stop at Hatu Temple (if you couldn't visit it the previous day) for sweeping views of the surrounding Himalayan ranges.

    Continue through the scenic Baspa Valley, passing Karcham, where the Baspa and Sutlej rivers meet.

    We'll then visit Chitkul (11,300 ft.), the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border.

    Walk through the village, sip a cup of chai by the Baspa River, and take in the mountain views around you.

    By evening, arrive in Sangla and check in to your stay.

    Soak in the quieter side of Himalayas with traditional Kinnauri culture, wooden houses, and apple orchards around the hillside.

    Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Sangla.

    Day 3

    Sangla To Tabo (Approx. 190 Km | 7-8 Hrs) | Khab Confluence & Nako Lake

    Have your breakfast and proceed to check out of your stay.

    Today, we journey deeper into the rugged landscapes of the cold desert, the main highlight of your Spiti Valley tour package.

    En route, stop at Khab, where the turquoise Spiti River meets the mighty Sutlej River.

    Later, arrive at Nako (11,890 ft.), a picturesque high-altitude village near the Indo-Tibetan border.

    Spend some time around Nako Lake and explore the village's narrow lanes.

    As the terrain becomes drier and more dramatic, continue towards Tabo, often called the gateway to Spiti.

    By evening, arrive in Tabo (10,760 ft.) and check in to your stay.

    Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in Tabo.

    Day 4

    Tabo To Kaza (Approx. 50 Km | 2-3 Hrs) | Dhankar Monastery

    Have a filling breakfast, check out and board your transfer towards Kaza.

    En route, visit Tabo Monastery, often referred to as the "Ajanta of the Himalayas" for its centuries-old murals, paintings, and mud-brick architecture.

    Later, explore the ancient Dhankar Monastery, dramatically perched on a cliff above the Spiti Valley.

    Explore its old prayer halls and admire its unique location overlooking the confluence of the Spiti and Pin Rivers.

    By afternoon, arrive in Kaza (12,500 ft.), the vibrant hub of Spiti Valley and check in to your stay.

    You can spend the evening exploring the local market, cafés, and streets of this town.

    Dinner and overnight stay in Kaza.

    Day 5

    Kaza Sightseeing | Langza, Komic & Hikkim

    After breakfast, head out to explore the high-altitude villages around Kaza.

    Our first stop will be Langza, a picturesque village overlooked by a giant Buddha statue.

    The village is also known for its ancient marine fossils, dating back to the time when Spiti was part of the Tethys Sea.

    Enjoy panoramic views of Chau Chau Kang Nilda, one of the most prominent peaks in the region.

    Later, continue to Komic (15,000 ft.), among the highest motorable villages in the world.

    Visit the centuries-old Komic Monastery and soak in the dramatic mountain views around you.

    Next, head to Hikkim, home to one of the world's highest post offices.

    Don't miss the chance to send a postcard to your loved ones from this remote Himalayan village.

    Carry your own postcards and stamps, as they can run out during the peak season.

    Return to your stay by evening for a warm dinner.

    Day 6

    Explore Key Monastery, Kibber Village & Chicham Bridge

    Start your day with breakfast and get ready for another day of sightseeing on this Spiti Valley tour.

    Our first stop will be the iconic Key Monastery, the largest monastery in Spiti Valley, perched on a hilltop above the Spiti River.

    Explore its fortress-like structure and whitewashed buildings, making it one of the most photographed landmarks in the region.

    Later, continue to Kibber (14,200 ft.), a traditional high-altitude village known for its stone houses and dramatic mountain setting.

    The village lies on the edge of the Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary, one of the best-known habitats of the elusive snow leopard.

    We'll then drive across the famous Chicham Bridge.

    Suspended above a deep gorge, it is among the highest suspension bridges in Asia and offers spectacular views of the valley below.

    Return to Kaza by evening.

    Enjoy dinner and a comfortable overnight stay in Kaza.

    Day 7

    Kaza To Kalpa Via Gue (Approx. 210 Km | 7-8 Hrs) | Gue Mummy & Kinnaur Landscapes

    Enjoy an early breakfast and check out from your stay in Kaza.

    Today, we begin our journey towards the charming village of Kalpa.

    Watch the landscapes change as the stark terrain of Spiti gradually gives way to the greener valleys of Kinnaur.

    En route, if time permits, stop at Gue Village.

    Here, you can witness the naturally preserved 550-year-old mummy of a Buddhist monk, one of the region's most unique cultural attractions.

    By evening, arrive in Kalpa and check in to your accommodation.

    Later, take a walk through the village and soak in views of the mighty Kinnaur Kailash range.

    Dinner and overnight stay in Kalpa.

    Day 8

    Kalpa To Shimla (Approx. 230 Km | 7-8 Hrs) | Farewell To The Himalayas

    Wake up to a hearty breakfast, check-out and begin your journey towards Shimla.

    Along the way, soak in the views of winding roads, rivers, and Himalayan peaks that have accompanied you throughout this Spiti Valley expedition.

    By afternoon, arrive in Shimla and explore the lively Mall Road, browse local shops, or relax at a café, if time permits.

    Your Spiti Valley adventure comes to an end as you board your bus to Chandigarh in the evening.

    Overnight journey towards Chandigarh.
