The landing of the Chandrayaan 3 has made the nation proud, and now we are yet to delve deeper into the solar system, as the Indian Space Research Organisation(ISRO) plans to study the sun.
ISRO has recently released images from the Aditya-L1 Mission, which is its first attempt to study the sun. The release date has not been revealed yet, but as per the latest reports, the satellite that is supposed to reach the sun has already reached the Satish Dhawan Space Center(SDSC) in Sriharikota for its integration with the vehicle that is to be launched.
As per the reports, the Aditya-L1 will observe the sun from a close distance and gather as much information as possible about its magnetic field and atmosphere. The Aditya-L1 will come equipped with seven instruments to study Solar Emissions, solar winds, the sun’s corona, flares, and the Sun’s Coronal Mass Ejections(SCME). Meanwhile, covering round-the-clock images of the Sun.
