3000 artists, over 1200 events, across 300+ venues , all happening simultaneously at clubs, warehouses, theaters, museums, canal-side spaces. Imagine walking out of one warehouse at 4 AM and stepping into another venue five blocks away. This is the Amsterdam Dance Event, taking place from October 21-25, 2026.
For five days, Amsterdam doesn't sleep. The city transforms into one massive interconnected electronic music festival. Nothing is confined to a single stage. Everything pulses at once. Clubs explode. Warehouses roar. Museums host afterparties. The whole city moves to the same rhythm.
Since 1996, ADE has evolved into the world's largest electronic music festival. Major brands are here hunting for emerging artists. DJs play career-defining sets. Producers collaborate with artists they've only dreamed of meeting. Whether electronic music is already your passion or you're just curious, ADE is where it all happens.
Many travelers extend their trip as a part of broader Europe tour packages—combining ADE with Paris, Berlin, or other cities. Some arrive early to explore Europe, then land in Amsterdam for these five days. In either case, ADE Amsterdam is the main event, and you can explore Europe around it.
