The trek from Rishikesh to the Valley of Flowers begins from Govindghat village and may be reached by way of a Bus Ride from Rishikesh to Joshimath which is 255 km. Trek to Chandrashila Peak: The peak is 1.5 km above the temple complex. During winter, this trail is completely buried in snow and the climb from Tungnath to Chandrashila is a steep, 600-ft climb. But the views from the peak are unmatched! Reaching Chandrashila Peak at an altitude of 13,123 feet (4,030 metres).The peak provides panoramic vistas of the Garhwal Himalayas, including Nanda Devi, Trishul, and Chaukhamba.
Trek back to Chopta by evening. The descent is comparatively easy and will not take more than 2-3 hours. Retire for the night. Hence the Chopta-Chandrashila Trek is one of the most captivating and rewarding treks in India.

The Kuari Pass Trek spans approximately 33 kilometres and begins from the picturesque village of Joshimath.

Begin your trek from Tali early in the morning. You can trail through enchanting forests, where tall oaks and rhododendrons create a natural shelter. As you climb, the forest gradually gives way to open meadows. You can capture the stunning glimpses of Mt. Nanda Devi and other snow-clad peaks.
Once you reach the stunning Gorson Bugyal (meadow) with panoramic views. You can continue further to reach the Kuari Pass (elevation: 12,516 feet). Spend some time soaking in the beauty before retracing your steps back to Tali.
