The construction of the Burj Al Arab started in the year 1993, and it took five years to complete. In December 1999, the place was open to the public.
Khuan Chew, a well-known Chinese interior designer of KCA International, designed the stunning interior of this fabulous hotel. The marbles used in the interiors are the same marbles that Michelangelo used for making his masterpieces.

The Burj Al Arab is one of the tallest hotels in the world, with the world’s tallest atrium, ascending over 180 m, flanked with imposing Golden columns. The hotel also has its very own helipad that has hosted Tiger Woods, Roger Federer, and Anthony Joshua.
The terrace of the Burj Al Arab Hotel has a 10,000-square-meter outdoor pool where one can relax and unwind.
