As we are aware, one of the most deadly viruses has affected the entire world within a few months. There have been reports of thousands of deaths due to this contagious covid 19 and number of cases are increasing rapidly, even several famous personalities tested positive from the virus including the famous movie stars. This infectious illness does not care if one belongs to the rich or poor, famous or not and here are a few celebrities who failed to escape from the coronavirus.

Clarence House has announced that the prince of Wales has tested positive for coronavirus. The spokesman reported that Prince Charles possesses mild symptoms and has remained in good health.

The Forrest Gump star and his singer wife were among the first celebrities to be infected with coronavirus. It was believed that the couple contracted the virus from their stay in Australia. Tom Hanks announced the news on an instagram post and told the world that he would keep them updated. His positivity gained the world’s admiration and reminded everyone to take care of themselves.

The wife of the Canadian Prime Minister was reported to be tested positive with coronavirus after returning from her U.K trip. Sophie Trudeau and her husband will remain in self isolation for a couple of weeks to treat the illness. Seems like the most important people cannot escape the deadly virus either.

Kim shared the news of his diagnosis on instagram. Before he was tested positive for the virus, the Insurgent star has been on the set of the series New Amsterdam which was shot in New York. He mentioned that he went on for the test after he developed a scratchy throat. He also said that he was in bed for several days and asked teenagers and millennials to take the virus seriously.

The first among the NBA players to be diagnosed with the virus, Rudy Gobert announced his diagnosis on instagram and further apologized for touching the press conference microphone and table as a joke. He mentioned that he hoped his experience became a warning for everyone and not to take the disease lightly.

The teammate of Rudy Gobert, Donovan Mitchell got tested positive too along with his friend. He mentioned that he will monitor his health actively. Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert play for the Utah Jazz.

Senator Rand Paul has tested positive for COVID-19. He is feeling fine and is in quarantine. He is asymptomatic and was tested out of an abundance of caution due to his extensive travel and events. He was not aware of any direct contact with any infected person.

The United States Senator announced his diagnosis on his official Twitter account. His spokesperson assured the audience that the senator is doing fine and is in self- quarantine. The spokesperson mentioned that the senator was not in direct contact with anyone who was infected. It is expected that he will be back in the Senate after his quarantine and that he will keep serving the people of Kentucky.

It seems like even people with royal blood are unable to escape the contagious disease. It is rightly said that it doesn’t matter to the virus whether you are a star or not, royal or unroyal. Prince Albert II of Monaco has been infected with covid 19 and it has been told that the 62 year old prince is receiving treatment in his palace.

The producer has been recently convicted for sexual assault against a number of women in the entertainment industry. Harvey Weinstein was also tested positive for coronavirus at a prison in New York and all these happened in a week’s time. The 68 year old is one of the two inmates with coronavirus at Wende Correctional Facility and has been kept in isolation due to his diagnosis. He is currently serving his 23 year jail time for rape and sexual assult.

Last but not the least, the famous Bollywood singer Kanika Kapoor has been recently reported that she tested positive for the virus after she returned to the country. She claimed to have a few signs of flu and got herself tested for the disease where she was declared positive for covid 19. She mentioned that she has been in complete quarantine with her family and is undergoing medication.

Hello folks. @ritawilson and I want to thank everyone here Down Under who are taking such good care of us. We have Covid-19 and are in isolation so we do not spread it to anyone else. There are those for whom it could lead to a very serious illness. We are taking it one-day-at-a-time. There are things we can all do to get through this by following the advice of experts and taking care of ourselves and each other, no? This morning I tested positive for Covid 19. I feel ok, I have no symptoms so far but have been isolated since I found out about my possible exposure to the virus. Stay home people and be pragmatic. I will keep you updated on how I’m doing 👊🏾👊🏾 No panic. 

Hi everyone- yesterday I was diagnosed with COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus. Looks like I’ll be ok, but I wanted share my journey with you in the hopes that you find it informative or helpful. Hope you all stay safe, calm, and above all, healthy.

I want to thank everyone for the outpouring of concern and support over the last 24 hours. I have gone through so many emotions since learning of my diagnosis…mostly fear, anxiety, and embarrassment. The first and most important thing is I would like to publicly apologize to the people that I may have endangered. At the time, I had no idea I was even infected. I was careless and make no excuse. I hope my story serves as a warning and causes everyone to take this seriously. I will do whatever I can to support using my experience as way to educate others and prevent the spread of this virus . I am under great care and will fully recover. Thank you again for all your support. I encourage everyone to take all of the steps to stay safe and healthy. Love.
