Ujjayanta Palace, one of the famous places in Agartala is now a museum since September 25, 2013, is the largest in Northeast India, showcasing Tripura’s art and crafts. This grand palace, designed in Indo-Saracenic style, has 22 rooms filled with sculptures, coins, paintings, and tribal artefacts. The palace grounds cover 800 acres with beautiful ponds and gardens, offering a great place to explore and learn about the rich culture of Tripura and Northeast India.
