The bridge is situated at an elevation of 3600 feet above sea level, with a length of 40 meters, and if you stand at the end of the bridge, you will be able to see the lush greenery of the valleys and also get a glimpse of the nearby towns of Kootikkal and Kokkayar.
This glass bridge is supported with the help of robust steel cables and a towering pole. For the construction of the bridge, almost 35 tonnes of steel has been imported from Germany.

The Glass Bridge project has been carried out through a public-private partnership and took almost INR 3 crores worth of investment to complete the project.
