Isa Khan’s Tomb in Delhi was erected in 1547, during the time of Mughal Emperor Sher Shah Suri’s rule, and is the burial site of Isa Khan Niazi, an Afghan aristocrat who served in Sher Shah Suri’s court.

Isa Khan Niazi was a respected noble and military leader of the Pashtun Suri dynasty. This tomb is distinguished by its architectural style before the Mughal period.

It beautifully shows the shift from Lodi architecture to the early stages of the Mughal architecture style.
