Maha Kumbh 2025: World’s Largest Spiritual Gathering In Prayagraj

To keep everyone safe, the UP government has taken strong security measures. Maha Kumbh security arrangements include over 6,000 special police officers (PAC) to guard the city and riverbanks. Ten flood companies will also watch over devotees performing rituals near the water.

With the slogan “Surakhsha Aapki, Sankalp Humara” (Your safety, our commitment), police officers are learning more than just security duties. The training focuses on being helpful and respectful to all pilgrims. 

Officers will learn how to:

• Guide people with finding places to stay and
• Handle situations politely
