In a traveller-friendly update, the Royal Thai Embassy in New Delhi has announced plans to launch an electronic visa (e-visa) service for Indian passport holders from January 1, 2025. Thailand e-visa for Indian travellers is designed to make the visa application process more convenient and efficient, offering applicants the flexibility of an offline payment method. This development is expected to boost tourism and ease travel between India and Thailand.
