WanderOn Achieves ‘India Book Of Records’ For ‘ Maximum Riders Participating In An Expedition To Umling La

This is not it; this record-breaking journey also took the riders to Nubra Valley via the Khardung La, which was previously known as the World’s Highest Pass before Umling La took the title. Words fall short when you talk about the Nubra Valley; just imagine yourself riding in the centre with mountains surrounding you and looking at you in all their glory. this scene was actually a reality for our riders. 

While committed to their attempt to achieve the record, the WanderOn team also stayed close to their commitment to providing community and offbeat experiences by having lunches in picnics alongside the Pangong Tso, which also gave the riders an opportunity to get to know each other better. The journey also took the riders through a few challenges, like riding on off-road terrains; though challenging, it is also notable that no injuries happened during the entire journey to Umling La.
