Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, complete your arrival formalities and meet the trip captain and fellow travellers.

We will then board our transfers to the last Indian border town called Jaigaon, after which you will enter Bhutan.

Drive through scenic highways, forest stretches, and small towns of North Bengal.

After crossing Jaigaon, we will continue the joureney to Phuentsholing and complete the immigration/ permit formalities.

We will then reach our hotel in Phuentsholing and check-in.

Spend the evening at leisure, relax after the journey, or take a short walk around the nearby area.

Rest well and prepare for the biking adventure starting the next day.

Overnight stay in Phuentsholing.

Wake up early and have breakfast at the hotel.

Collect your bikes in Phuentsholing, check riding gear, and attend a short safety briefing by the biking captain.

Begin your first bike ride towards Thimphu, riding through winding mountain roads, dense forests, waterfalls, and peaceful Bhutanese villages.

En route, we will take a short stop at Chuzom Bridge, to see the beautiful confluence of the Paro and Thimphu rivers.

Here, you can also see the portraits of the King and Queen as a welcoming sign to Bhutan.

Continue riding uphill and reach Thimphu by evening.

Here, we will visit Simply Bhutan, an interactive museum that showcases the rich Bhutanese culture, traditions, and lifestyle.

After exploring the musuem, we will head to our hotel and check-in.

If time permits, you can choose to explore Thimphu - the only city in the world without traffic lights or explore the local markets.

Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Post breakfast at the hotel, check out and get ready for the day’s bike ride.

Gear up and begin your ride from Thimphu towards Punakha.

Before heading further, take a short ride to the Buddha Dordenma Statue, which overlooks Thimphu city.

Spend some time here enjoying the views and the peaceful surroundings.

After the visit, continue your bike ride towards Punakha via the scenic Dochula Pass.

Enjoy smooth mountain roads, fresh air, and changing landscapes along the way.

Take a short stop at the pass to admire the Himalayan views while sipping a hot cup of tea or coffee at the café.

Here, visit the 108 Druk Wangyal Chortens, built in memory of the Bhutanese soldiers who lost their lives during Operation All Clear in 2003.

Continue riding downhill towards Punakha and reach by afternoon.

Check in to the hotel and freshen up.

Later, ride to Punakha Dzong, also known as Pungthang Dewa Chhenbi Phodrang.

Spend time exploring this impressive administrative building located at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers.

After that, walk across the Punakha Suspension Bridge, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys.

Return to the hotel after completing the sightseeing and relax for the rest of the day.

Wake up in Punakha, have breakfast, and get ready for the day’s ride.

Start your bike ride towards Chimi Lhakhang.

Park the bikes and take a short walk through fields and villages to reach the temple, also known as the Temple of Fertility and is dedicated to Lam Drukpa Kunley (the Divine Madman).

This place is considered the origin of Phalluses as the symbol of fertility and protection where childless couples usually seek blessings so that they conceive.

Spend some time exploring the temple and learning about its unique beliefs and traditions.

After the visit, continue riding your bike towards Phobjikha Valley through peaceful mountain roads and open landscapes.

On reaching Phobjikha, check into the hotel and relax.

Spend the rest of the day at leisure, enjoying the calm surroundings of the valley.

Wake up to a peaceful morning in Phobjikha Valley.

Have breakfast at the hotel and get ready for the ride to Paro.

Begin your bike ride towards Paro, enjoying forest stretches, winding roads, and scenic valleys.

Reach Paro by evening and check into the hotel.

Spend the rest of the day at leisure where in you can explore nearby streets, visit cafés, or simply relax after the ride.

Overnight stay in Paro.

After breakfast, get ready for one of the most iconic experiences of the trip.

Ride to the base point of Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), located about 11 km from Paro.

Park the bikes and begin the hike through pine forests and mountain trails.

We will have to hike for 2-4 hours (depending on your speed), to reach one of the holiest sites in Bhutan, which clings impossibly to a sheer cliff face 900 meters above the valley.

Spend some peaceful time walking around the monastery listening to the prayer chants, sound of the fluttering flags or quietly meditating in the caves of the monastery.

After spending enough time, begin the descent and return to the base.

Ride back to Paro and relax for the evening.

Overnight stay in Paro.

Wake up early, have breakfast, and get ready for the final ride of your Bhutan bike journey.

Start your bike ride from Paro towards Phuentsholing, enjoying the last stretches of Bhutan’s scenic mountain roads.

On reaching Phuentsholing, return the bikes and complete exit formalities.

We will then board our transfers to cross the border into India via Jaigaon and to further continue our journey by road towards Siliguri.

Arrive in Siliguri by evening, check into the hotel, and relax after the long day of travel.

Overnight stay in Siliguri

Wake up in the morning and have your breakfast at the hotel.

You will then check-out and board your transfers towards Bagdogra.

On arrival at Bagdogra Airport, collect your luggage and proceed for your onward journey as per your flight schedule.

Your Bhutan bike trip comes to an end with unforgettable memories of mountain roads, high passes, monasteries, and thrilling rides through the Land of the Thunder Dragon.

Entire travel as per the itinerary by bike from Phuentsholing to Phuentsholing. Shared cab transfers for the rest.
