What makes Komik different from others is that it is the world’s highest village which is connected to a motorable road. When in Hikkim, you can visit one of the many monasteries to seek divine blessings or to get an insight into the Buddhist culture. You can also relish delicious meals in the eco kitchens present in Hikkim.

Up next in this sightseeing escapade is Langza village. History fans are in for a treat at Langza, as you will be able to spot ancient Marine fossils in the area. It is believed that Spiti was once submerged under the Tethys Sea, explaining the presence of fossils in the area.
