    Itinerary

    Day 1
    Arrival in Jaisalmer | Welcome to the Golden City

    Arrive in Jaisalmer in the morning and meet our representative, who will assist you with your transfers to the hotel.

    Check into your hotel and rest for a while.

    After some rest, start your Jaisalmer city tour with a visit to the iconic Jaisalmer Fort, one of the few living forts in the world where people still reside inside its walls.

    Walk through its narrow lanes, ancient temples, viewpoints, small cafés, and colourful local shops.

    Next, visit Patwon Ki Haveli, the first haveli ever built in Jaisalmer, known for its detailed carvings, beautifully designed rooms, and rich heritage.

    Explore its corridors, balconies, and artwork that show the lifestyle of old Jaisalmer.

    Then, we will take a relaxing stop at Gadisar Lake, a peaceful spot surrounded by old ghats and temples.

    Enjoy the calm view of the lake, take photos, or simply watch the sunset over the water.

    In the evening, you can take a walk around Sadar Bazaar, one of Jaisalmer’s popular local markets known for handicrafts, souvenirs, leather items, puppets, and colourful Rajasthani decor.

    Return to your hotel after the city tour and rest.

    Day 2
    Tanot Mata Temple & Longewala | Border Visit and War History

    Have a tasty breakfast at your hotel and get ready for a full-day trip towards the India-Pakistan border area.

    Start your journey by driving through long desert roads, quiet villages, and open landscapes that give you a true feel of Rajasthan’s Thar Desert.

    Your first stop will be the Tanot Mata Temple, a peaceful and sacred temple maintained by the BSF.

    Walk around the temple complex, see the unexploded bombs displayed from the Indo-Pak wars, and learn about the stories of how the temple remained unharmed during heavy shelling in 1965 and 1971.

    Next, continue your trip to the Longewala War Memorial, the site of the famous 1971 Battle of Longewala.

    Here, you can explore the war museum, see real army tanks, bunkers, trenches, and weapons used during the battle.

    In the evening, drive back to Jaisalmer while enjoying the desert sunset views on the way.

    Return to your hotel after the trip and rest.

    Day 3
    Desert Experience in Jaisalmer | Kuldhara Village, Jeep Safari, Camel Ride & Cultural Night

    Have a tasty breakfast at your hotel and get ready for an exciting day in the Thar Desert.

    Start your morning with a visit to Kuldhara Village, an abandoned village filled with stories and mystery.

    Walk through the old houses, broken walls, and silent lanes that show how people lived here hundreds of years ago.

    After exploring Kuldhara, continue your journey towards the Sam Sand Dunes, where your desert adventure begins.

    Once you reach the dunes, enjoy a thrilling jeep safari across the sand, feel the rush as the jeep climbs and slides on the golden dunes.

    Later, enjoy a peaceful camel ride and experience the desert slowly as the sun starts to set.

    In the evening, relax at your Desert Camp and enjoy traditional Rajasthani hospitality.

    Watch a cultural show with folk dances, music performances, and puppet shows, and enjoy hot tea or snacks by the bonfire.

    After the program, you can also sit under the open sky and experience stargazing, as the desert offers clear views of the night sky.

    Return to your luxury tent after the enjoyable evening.

    Overnight stay in Desert Camp.

    Day 4
    Sunrise in the Desert & Departure | Goodbye Jaisalmer

    Start your morning early with a peaceful sunrise experience in the Thar Desert.

    After sunrise, return to your camp for breakfast and get ready to check out.

    Drive back to Jaisalmer city.

    If time allows, you can visit Bada Bagh, known for its royal cenotaphs, or the Amar Sagar Jain Temple, famous for its detailed carvings.

    You can also stop for some quick shopping at Sadar Bazaar or Manak Chowk.

    You will then be transferred to the Jaisalmer Airport or Railway Station for your return journey.

    Your Jaisalmer family tour ends here, leaving you with stories, photographs, and experiences to cherish forever.
