Start your adventure in Osaka, Japan’s lively food capital. Explore famous spots like Umeda Sky Building, the historic Osaka Castle, and the colourful Dotonbori Street, where neon lights and delicious street food fill the air.
Continue to Nara, home to the friendly deer at Nara Park and the famous Todaiji Temple, one of Japan’s oldest and most beautiful wooden structures. Then, travel to Kyoto, the cultural heart of Japan. Walk through the peaceful Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, visit the shining Golden Pavilion (Kinkaku-ji), and pass under the thousands of red torii gates at Fushimi Inari Shrine.
Next, take a scenic ride to Hakone via Odawara, where nature and hot springs await. Enjoy a cruise on Lake Ashi, soak in views of Mt. Fuji from the Hakone Ropeway, and visit the steaming Owakudani Valley.

Day 1
Arrival in Osaka | Welcome to Japan & Evening Pub Crawl

Arrive at Osaka International Airport and complete your immigration formalities.

Meet our trip captain, who will help you with your transfer and check-in at your hotel.

Spend the day at leisure exploring the nearby neighbourhood filled with cherry-blossom trees and local eateries.

In the evening, we will do a Pub Crawl in Osaka, explore the nightlife, enjoy drinks, and meet your fellow travellers.

Day 2
Leisure Day in Osaka | Explore the City on Your Own

Wake up to a pleasant morning in Osaka.

Have your breakfast at the hotel and spend the rest of the day as you like.

You can visit Universal Studios Japan for thrilling rides and movie-themed attractions or go shopping in Shinsaibashi, Osaka’s top shopping street filled with fashion brands and food joints.

For stunning city views, head to Umeda Sky Building, a unique skyscraper with a floating garden observatory.

If you love local culture, explore Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, one of the world’s largest aquariums, or take a cruise along the Tombori River.

You can also spend your evening tasting Osaka’s famous street foods like okonomiyaki (savoury pancakes) and takoyaki (octopus balls).

Upon completing the sightseeing for the day, return to your hotel.

Day 3
Osaka Sightseeing Tour and Evening Transfer to Kyoto

Wake up to a pleasant morning in Osaka and enjoy breakfast at your hotel.

After breakfast, get ready to explore the beautiful city of Osaka.

First, we will be visiting the Umeda Sky Building, which is a two-tower mixed-use skyscraper in Osaka, Japan, known for its panoramic city views.

Then, visit Osaka Castle, one of Japan’s most famous historic castles, surrounded by a park.

Explore the grounds, click photos, and have a great time exploring this breathtaking beauty.

Next, explore the Katsuo-ji Temple, known for thousands of Daruma dolls and worshipped as a temple of victory for 1300 years.

Now, it is known as a temple that will help you win in every aspect of life and is considered very lucky in Japanese culture.

Further proceed to explore the Shinsaibashi Shopping Street - a lively pedestrian zone lined with shops and street food.

You can also walk through Dotonbori Street and explore Osaka’s vibrant nightlife and food scene, which comes alive with neon lights and street food.

After an exciting day exploring Osaka, board your transfer to Kyoto by road.

On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax after a fun-filled day.

Day 4
Full-Day Kyoto and Nara City Tour | Experience Japan’s Cultural and Spiritual Heritage

Wake up to a beautiful morning in Kyoto.

Start your day with a wholesome breakfast at your hotel.

Today, we will be exploring and visiting some of Kyoto’s rich heritage in the morning.

First, we will be visiting the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, which is a bamboo forest with towering stalks of bamboo lined across a path, which is a breathtaking sight.

A walk through this mystical bamboo forest will immediately transfer you to a zen mode.

Next, visit the Kinkakuji, also known as the Golden Pavilion, which is a Buddhist Zen temple whose top 2 floors are completely covered in gold leaf.

Stroll through its gardens and along the large pond that surrounds the temple.

Next, we will visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine, located in southern Kyoto, famous for its thousand red torii gates on Mount Inari that contrast beautifully with blooming cherry trees.

Post lunch, we will head to Nara, which is approximately 1 hour away.

Upon reaching Nara, we will be proceeding towards the Nara Deer Park, where around 1200 deer roam freely, and you can interact with these gentle creatures and take photos.

Later, proceed to visit the Tōdai-ji Temple, home to Japan’s largest bronze Buddha statue.

This temple was built by the bereaved wife of Toyotomi Hideyoshi in honour of her husband.

Take a stroll around this historic place, click photos, and be mesmerised by the simplicity yet intricate architectural work of Japanese artisans.

Return to your hotel in Kyoto in the evening.

Day 5
Kyoto to Hakone via Odawara | Lake Cruise & Ropeway Ride

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Kyoto.

After breakfast, check out and board your bullet train to Odawara Station.

Upon arrival, start exploring Hakone, a peaceful mountain town.

Start your city tour of Hakone by visiting Lake Ashi, a scenic crater lake formed from a volcanic eruption thousands of years ago.

Enjoy a relaxing pirate-style cruise on the lake and take in the stunning views of Mt. Fuji on clear days.

Continue your exploration with a thrilling ride on the Hakone Ropeway, offering stunning views of the Owakudani Valley, a volcanic valley known for its sulfur vents and famous black eggs boiled in the hot springs.

After sightseeing, check in to your hotel in Hakone and relax for the evening.

Spend the rest of the day at leisure, perhaps enjoying a traditional Japanese onsen experience.

Day 6
Mt. Fuji Valley Tour and Transfer to Tokyo | From Mountains to Metropolis

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and check out to begin your journey toward Mt. Fuji by road.

Enjoy a beautiful drive through scenic landscapes and countryside views as you make your way toward this world-famous mountain.

Stop at Mt. Fuji 5th Station, which is the highest accessible point by vehicle, located at an altitude of 2,300 meters.

From here, you can admire the breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding valleys covered with cherry blossoms.

Next, visit the Chureito Pagoda, one of Japan’s most iconic spots for capturing Mt. Fuji in the background framed by colourful sakura trees.

Spend some time exploring the peaceful surroundings and clicking photos.

Afterward, visit Lake Kawaguchi, one of the beautiful Fuji Five Lakes.

Take in the calm surroundings, enjoy the reflection of Mt. Fuji on the lake’s surface, and relax in nature’s beauty.

In the evening, start your drive toward Tokyo, Japan’s busy capital city.

As you travel, watch the scenery change from mountain landscapes to the sparkling skyline of Tokyo.

Upon reaching Tokyo, check in to your hotel and unwind after a wonderful day of sightseeing.

Day 7
Full-Day Tokyo City Tour | Explore Tokyo’s Historic Sites and Futuristic Concepts

Wake up to a beautiful morning in your hotel in Tokyo.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast and get ready for a full-day tour of Tokyo city.

First, we will visit the Sensō-ji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple, located in the lively Asakusa district, featuring a 5-storey pagoda.

Then, take a leisurely walk around Asakusa Shopping Street, where you can shop for souvenirs and traditional Japanese snacks.

Further, we will explore the Tokyo Skytree- a broadcasting and observation tower which is also one of the tallest in the world.

Here, you can click photos or just soak in the views of the entire Tokyo city.

Then, visit TeamLab Planets Tokyo- a digital museum where you will walk through water, where the artwork changes depending on the presence of people.

Later in the evening, drop off at the Shibuya Crossing - the world's busiest pedestrian intersection, which is designed in the form of a scramble.

It is said that this crossing usually sees around 3000 people crossing this intersection daily.

Throughout the day, you will also enjoy looking at the blooming cherry blossoms and sakura decorations.

Return to your hotel after a full day of exploration.

Day 8
Day at Leisure in Tokyo | Explore at Your Own Pace and See the Beautiful Blossoms.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast in your hotel in the morning and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

You can choose to relax in your hotel, or you can step out to explore Tokyo on your own.

Spend your leisure day exploring Tokyo’s cherry-blossom spots, such as Ueno Park or Chidorigafuchi Moat, where hundreds of sakura trees line the paths.

You can visit the Meiji Shinto Shrine, which is known for its towering gates and surrounding woods, dedicated to the deified spirits of Emperor Meiji and his wife.

Also, visit the Imperial Palace, which is the main residence of the Emperor of Japan.

You can walk around this wide area, which is designed as a park and click photos and get a glimpse of the royalty.

You can also visit the National Museum of Tokyo, which is perfect for art lovers and houses a collection of Japanese art from the late 19th century to the present.

Later, you can explore shopping streets like Togoshi Ginza, the longest shopping street in Tokyo, known for its variety of shops and food stalls.

Or, post breakfast, you can board your transfers to the “Tokyo Disneyland” which has 7 themed areas based on Disney films.

Upon reaching the park, spend a fun day enjoying various adventurous rides, from roller coasters to haunted house tours.

You can also enjoy interactive shows, theatre acts, and a lot more.

Click pictures with your favourite Disney characters and shop for official merchandise from the in-house shops.

After spending a fun day at Disneyland, board your return transfers to your hotel.

You can also spend your evening along the Meguro River, famous for its illuminated cherry blossoms.

Call it a night after a thrilling day, either exploring Tokyo City or Tokyo Disneyland.

Departure Day | Take Back Happy Memories Home

Wake up to your last morning in Japan and enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel.

Get ready to check out and board your transfers to the Tokyo airport.

Our amazing Japan group trip - Cherry Blossom Edition concludes once you are dropped off at the airport for your onward journey back home.

Depart home with a camera full of pictures from your community trip to Japan.
