Himachal Pradesh - Our all-time favorite holiday destination has a sheer number of options that never fail to mesmerize and Kalpa is one of those gems. Kapla, a small village located in the Kinnaur Valley is often considered as a transit town while en route to Spiti Valley trips.
To take our fellow wanderers to this breathtaking destination, we have curated a soul-satisfying itinerary. On the first day of the trip, we will witness the jaw-dropping beauty of Kalpa, visit apple orchards, and will try some local Kinnauri dishes. The next day, we will leave for Chitkul - the last Indian village on the Indo-Tibet border. The lack of mobile signals and the internet will disconnect you from the world and will help you connect with the beauty of your surroundings.
The trip will conclude at Queen of Hills - Shimla. With the endless tourist spots, winter sports activities, old-world architecture, majestic mall road, and snowclad mountains - Shimla has a lot to offer. We will make the best out of this one of a kind offbeat and leisure trip to the gems of Himachal.

Itinerary

Day 0

Evening departure from Delhi to Shimla

Depart from Delhi at 08:30 pm on Day 0. Reach Shimla by next morning.

Day 1

Reach Shimla - Transfer to Kalpa. Overnight stay at Kalpa

Reach Shimla by early morning.

Make a pit stop for breakfast and freshen up.

Begin the drive through Kufri, with Narkanda on the way to Kinnaur valley.

Reach Kalpa by evening and check in to the hotel

Dinner and overnight stay

Day 2

Roghi Cliff Point - Transfer to Chitkul - Last Indian Village

After breakfast and some leisure, check out from the hotel.

Start your journey towards the scenic Roghi Cliff point, popularly known as the Suicide Point

Begin the drive to Chitkul. On the way stop at Karcham-Wangtoo Bridge and later make a pit-stop for lunch at Sangla.

Reach Chitkul – The last Indian Village by afternoon.

Check-in, relax and indulge in the breathtaking view of Chitkul.

Overnight stay and dinner at Chitkul.

Day 3

Leisure & Self-Exploration of Chitkul

Wake up late in the morning and enjoy the first breakfast in the last Indian village.

You can visit the baspa river, village temple and self explore the village.

Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.

Day 4

Return journey to Shimla

Wake up early morning and after breakfast depart for Shimla.

Reach Shimla by evening.

Explore the mall road and night culture of shimla

Overnight stay at hotel

Day 5

Self-explore Shimla | Depart for Delhi

Today you can visit the various famous spots of Shimla like The Ridge, Jakhu Temple etc or simply spend a relaxing day at the cafe's on the Mall Road at Shimla

By evening, head to the bus stand and board the return bus back to Delhi

Day 6

Reach Delhi in morning

Reach Delhi by morning with amazing trip memories.
