Day 1

Arrival In Srinagar | Local Sightseeing Of Srinagar

Arrive in Srinagar and meet your trip captain and fellow travellers.

Transfer to your hotel/houseboat and complete the check-in formalities.

After some rest, head out to explore the heart of Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu & Kashmir.

Visit the beautiful Mughal Gardens, known for their terraced lawns, fountains, and views of the Zabarwan Hills.

Later, spend some time around Dal Lake and the city's vibrant waterfront, marking the perfect beginning to your Kashmir Christmas trip.

You can walk through the local markets, sample Kashmiri delicacies, or simply enjoy the festive atmosphere around the lake.

Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2

Srinagar To Gulmarg | Enjoy Asia's Highest Gondola Ride

Enjoy breakfast and begin your journey towards Gulmarg, one of the highlights of your Kashmir Christmas group tour.

Drive through pine forests, mountain villages, and scenic valleys before reaching the snow-covered meadows of Gulmarg.

Board the famous Gulmarg Gondola, one of the world's highest cable cars to Kongdoori (3,080 m) in Phase I.

You can go further to Apharwat (3,980 m) in Phase II (weather permitting; at your own cost).

At the summit, enjoy breathtaking views of snow-clad peaks, deep valleys, and the Pir Panjal range.

You can try snow activities, explore winter landscapes, or simply soak in the mountain views.

Dinner and overnight stay in Gulmarg.

Day 3

Gulmarg To Pahalgam | Visit Drung Waterfall & Saffron Fields (Distance: Approx. 140 Km)

Wake up in Gulmarg, pack up after breakfast, and begin the scenic drive down towards Pahalgam.

En route, stop at Drung Waterfall, a stunning, frozen multi-tiered cascade framed by pine forests and snow-dusted cliffs.

Continue through Pampore, famously known as the Saffron Town of Kashmir.

Depending on accessibility, witness the region's renowned saffron fields, which produce some of the world's finest saffron.

Drive past Awantipora as the landscape gradually changes from snow-covered slopes to wide valleys and riverside meadows.

Arrive in Pahalgam, perched alongside the Lidder River, a completely different mood from Gulmarg's ski-resort energy.

Check into your hotel and spend your evening at leisure.

You may browse Pahalgam's bazaar for Kashmiri dry fruits, saffron, and hand-knotted woolens.

Dinner and overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 4

Full Day Excursion to Aru Valley, Betaab Valley & Chandanwari (Distance: Approx. 50-60 Km)

Enjoy breakfast and continue your Kashmir winter trip towards Pahalgam's most scenic valleys.

We’ll begin with Aru Valley, a picturesque village surrounded by snow-covered peaks, pine forests, and open meadows.

Continue to Betaab Valley, named after the famous Bollywood film Betaab, and known for its lush landscapes and crystal-clear streams.

Later, visit Chandanwari, situated at an altitude of around 2,895 m and renowned as the starting point of the annual Amarnath Yatra.

Take in the views of snow-clad mountains, glacial streams, and dramatic Himalayan scenery along the way.

Return to your hotel by evening and have some rest.

Dinner and overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 5

Pahalgam To Srinagar | Detour to Verinag Spring (Distance: Approx. 110 Km)

Enjoy breakfast and check out from your hotel before beginning the drive back to Srinagar.

En route, take a detour to Verinag Spring, the source of the Jhelum River and one of Kashmir's most beautiful natural springs.

Admire its crystal-clear waters, Mughal-era stone arcade, and the surrounding chinar-lined gardens.

Spend some time soaking in the peaceful atmosphere before continuing your journey through the Kashmir Valley.

Arrive in Srinagar by afternoon and check in to your hotel.

The rest of the evening is at leisure to relax, explore nearby markets, or enjoy the festive vibe around the city.

Day 6

Excursion To Yusmarg (Nilnag Lake Trek) Or Doodhpatri (Distance: Approx. 35-50 Km)

After a hearty breakfast, head out to explore Kashmir's lesser-explored landscapes.

Depending on weather and road conditions, we’ll visit either Yusmarg or Doodhpathri.

If visiting Yusmarg, enjoy a scenic 4-5 km trek to Nilnag Lake, a small alpine lake surrounded by pine forests and meadows.

Spend time exploring Yusmarg's snow-covered meadows, forest trails, and panoramic mountain views.

Alternatively, visit Doodhpathri, known for its vast grasslands, frozen streams, and Himalayan scenery during winter.

After the exploration, return to your hotel by evening and relax.

Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 7

Departure Day | Bid Farewell to the Himalayas

Wake up to your final morning in Kashmir and enjoy breakfast at the hotel.

Take some time to relax, pack your bags, and soak in the last views of the valley.

Depending on your departure schedule, you may have some free time before leaving for the airport.

Later, transfer to Srinagar Airport or Railway Station for your journey back home.

With snow-covered landscapes, alpine valleys, and festive memories behind you, your Kashmir group trip comes to an end.
