Day 1

Arrival In Hanoi & Transfer To Sapa | Evening At Leisure

Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, where our representative will assist you with your onward transfer.

Board your scheduled sleeper bus or limousine bus from Hanoi to Sapa through the scenic northern highlands to begin your Vietnam group trip.

Enjoy views of rolling mountains, terraced landscapes, and rural countryside along the route.

Upon arrival in Sapa, transfer to your hotel and complete the check-in formalities.

The rest of the day is at leisure to relax after your journey and settle into the mountain town.

You can explore Sapa Town at your own pace, browse local cafés, or stroll around the central square.

Day 2

Sapa Sightseeing Tour | Fansipan Peak, Glass Bridge & Cat Cat Village

After breakfast, we’ll begin the Vietnam group tour with Sapa’s most popular attractions.

Board the cable car to Fansipan, the highest peak in Indochina, with spectacular views across the Hoang Lien Son mountain range.

Spend time exploring the summit complex, viewing platforms, and spiritual landmarks near the peak.

Later, visit the Glass Bridge, where transparent walkways offer dramatic views of the surrounding valleys and mountains.

Continue to Cat Cat Village, a traditional Hmong village nestled among terraced hillsides.

Walk through village pathways lined with local homes, handicraft stalls, and mountain viewpoints.

Day 3

Sapa To Hanoi | Hanoi Half-Day City Tour

Enjoy a tasty breakfast and then proceed to check out from the hotel.

Board your sleeper bus or limousine bus for the journey back to Hanoi.

Arrive in Hanoi, check in at your hotel for some rest and begin the Hanoi city group tour.

Start with the Ho Chi Minh Complex, home to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace area, and landscaped gardens.

Continue to One Pillar Pagoda, a small temple built on a single stone pillar above a lotus pond.

Later, visit the Temple of Literature, known for its traditional courtyards, stone stelae, and historic pavilions.

Head to Hoan Kiem Lake and cross the iconic red bridge leading to Ngoc Son Temple.

Wrap up the Hanoi cultural tour with a walk through Hanoi Old Quarter, famous for its narrow lanes, local shops, cafés, and colonial-era buildings.

Day 4

Ha Long Bay | Luxury Day Cruise, Kayaking & Buffet Lunch

After an early breakfast, board your shared transfer to Ha Long Bay for a full-day cruise experience.

Arrive at the pier and board your Ha Long Bay luxury cruise as you sail through emerald waters dotted with limestone karsts and rocky islets.

Cruise past some of the bay’s most scenic formations, with towering cliffs rising directly from the water.

Later, enjoy a kayaking session with your group through calm lagoons and narrow waterways surrounded by limestone walls.

A buffet lunch will be served onboard as the cruise continues through the heart of the bay.

Spend the afternoon soaking in panoramic views from the deck and capturing the region’s dramatic landscapes.

By evening, disembark and take your shared transfer to the hotel.

Day 5

Hanoi To Da Nang | Evening At Leisure

Enjoy a hearty breakfast and then check out of your hotel.

Board your transfer to Noi Bai International Airport and take your flight to Da Nang.

Upon arrival at Da Nang International Airport, our representative will transfer to your hotel for check-in.

The rest of the day is free to explore the city at your own pace.

You can visit Dragon Bridge and admire its illuminated dragon-shaped structure overlooking the Han River.

Take a walk along the Han River Promenade, lined with cafés, bridges, and waterfront views.

Alternatively, spend some time at My Khe Beach, known for its long stretch of sand and relaxed coastal atmosphere.

Day 6

Da Nang | Marble Mountain, Coconut Forest, Hoi An Ancient Town & Lantern Boat Ride

Start your day with a tasty breakfast and get ready for Da Nang exploration.

Today, our group trip itinerary will start with a visit to Marble Mountains, a cluster of limestone hills known for caves, pagodas, and panoramic viewpoints.

Explore stone pathways, hidden cave chambers, and Buddhist shrines tucked into the mountainside.

Later, continue to Cam Thanh Coconut Village, famous for its coconut forests and winding canals.

Board a traditional basket boat and glide through coconut-lined waterways while watching local rowing demonstrations.

In the afternoon, head to Hoi An Ancient Town, one of Vietnam’s best-preserved trading ports.

Walk past centuries-old merchant houses, colourful assembly halls, lantern-lined streets, and riverside cafés.

As evening sets in, board a lantern boat on the Hoai River and watch the old town glow under hundreds of colourful lanterns.

After the tour, return to Da Nang for an overnight stay.

Day 7

Ba Na Hills Day Trip | Cable Car, Golden Bridge, Fantasy Park & French Village

After breakfast, we’ll set out for a full-day excursion to Ba Na Hills, one of the major highlights of our Vietnam group trip.

Board the cable car and enjoy sweeping views of forests, waterfalls, and mountain slopes during the ascent.

Visit the iconic Golden Bridge, famous for its giant stone hands appearing to lift the bridge above the hills - a perfect spot for a group picture.

Spend time capturing panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valleys from the bridge.

Continue to French Village, featuring European-style architecture, cobbled streets, churches, and lively plazas.

Later, explore Fantasy Park with its indoor rides, arcade games, and entertainment attractions.

Enjoy free time to explore the hilltop complex before descending by cable car.

Return to Da Nang by evening for an overnight stay.

Day 8

Da Nang To Ho Chi Minh City | Evening At Leisure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Da Nang International Airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel for check-in.

The rest of the day is free to explore the city at your own pace.

You can take a stroll along Nguyen Hue Walking Street, a lively boulevard surrounded by cafés, shops, and colonial-era landmarks.

Visit the exterior of Saigon Central Post Office and Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon, two of the city's most iconic landmarks.

For a relaxed evening, head to a rooftop café or bar and enjoy views of the illuminated city skyline.

Overnight stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 9

Explore Cu Chi Tunnels | Depart With A Lot Of Happy Memories

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and set out for a visit to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels.

Explore sections of this vast underground network used during the Vietnam War, including living areas, storage spaces, and hidden passageways.

Learn about the strategies and daily life of those who lived and operated within the tunnels.

Later, return to the city and proceed to the airport for your onward journey.

As your Vietnam community trip comes to an end, take back memories of mountain peaks, bay cruises,and unforgettable experiences.

NOTES:
Normal Check-in and Check-out time is 03:00 PM and 12:00 noon respectively in Vietnam. Early check-in with breakfast is available at an extra cost of 30 USD/ per person.
Airport transfer is at fixed time (depending on the majority of arrival and departure time of the group) - Any early or late transfer will be charged extra.
The age limit of our group departures is 18 to 42 years due to the power packed itineraries that we provide to our travellers. We can customize trips for travellers beyond the mentioned age bracket.
Every traveler is required to be holding a valid passport with an expiry date at least 6 months post the date of entering Vietnam.
Tour rates are calculated based on current fuel rates and may be revised if there is a sudden increase in fuel prices or an increase of 15% or above.
If the guest count for a batch is fewer than 9 guests, only a local guide will be available during the tour, and an Indian Trip Captain will not be accompanying the group.
Captain will accommodate the group from Day 3 in Hanoi
