Delhi To Soon Introduce Bus Tickets Booking On Whatsapp

Delhi Transport Department took the initiative of booking Metro tickets through WhatsApp in May 2023, where you can send a simple Hi on 9650855800 WhatsApp and book your tickets without having to stand in long queues. 

It is expected that digital ticketing service via Whatsapp for Delhi busses will soon be made available to commuters by the start of 2024; however, the date has not been confirmed by the authorities. 

There will be no cancellations for the online bus tickets, similar to that of the DMRC booking process, and a single traveller can buy only a limited number of tickets online. More details on the online bus ticketing services will be released in the coming weeks.
