How to reach Tabo Village
By Road:
- Tabo is well-connected by road to Kaza (47 Km) and Reckong Peo (210 Km).
- You can hire a taxi or take a shared car from Kaza or Reckong Peo.
- Buses also run from Reckong Peo to Tabo during the season (usually May to October).
- Nako to Tabo distance is around 63 Kilometers, and takes 40 minutes to be covered by road.
By Bus:
- HRTC buses run from Shimla to Reckong Peo and then onward to Tabo.
- From Manali, travel to Kaza first and then take a local bus or taxi to Tabo.
Nearest Airport:
- The closest airport is Bhuntar Airport (near Kullu), but it’s still far (about 250 km) and requires further road travel.
