The police announced Bengaluru Aero India traffic advisory 2025 including Yelahanka Air Force Station traffic restrictions. The plan aims to manage the expected high traffic flow during the five-day event. Below is the Aero India 2025 traffic advisory applicable from February 10-14, 2025 from 5 AM to 10 PM.
Two Roads Become One-Way: Nitte Meenakshi College Road (east to west) and Bagalur Main Road (west to east).
Free Parking Services: Visitors can take advantage of complimentary services including free parking at GKVK and air-conditioned BMTC shuttle buses that run between GKVK and the event venues.
Paid Parking: For those preferring closer access, paid parking is available at the Air Display Viewing Area (Gates 8 and 9) and in the Domestic Area (Gate 5).
The changes aim to manage traffic flow during the air show.
Alternate Routes To Reach Airport:
From East Bengaluru: Take the KR Puram-Hennur Cross route through the Kannur and Begur back gate.
From West Bengaluru: Go via Goraguntepalya, pass through Major Unnikrishnan Junction, then turn left at Doddaballapur Road towards Rajanukunte.
From South Bengaluru: Follow Mysuru Road to Goraguntepalya, then take the BEL Circle route through Major Unnikrishnan Junction and Vidyanagar Cross.
