IndiGo has alerted travelers that flights taking off from Delhi may face delays because of air traffic congestion. The airline said passengers might experience longer waiting times at the airport and urged everyone to check their flight status before heading out.

IndiGo's staff are on hand to help affected passengers and are doing their best to reduce disruptions.

"Our crew and on-ground teams are there to support you and ensure your wait is as comfortable as possible," IndiGo said.
