Vehicle Regulations:

Only 4 x 4 vehicles and those with anti-skid chains are permitted on the route.
Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) with up to 10 passengers are allowed to maintain traffic flow.

Anti-Skid Chain Installation & Vendor Management:

Registered vendors can install anti-skid chains at a fixed rate of INR 600 per pair.
Vendors must operate exclusively in designated parking zones.
Coat and boot sellers are prohibited from setting up roadside stalls to prevent traffic.
