The History of Pibiting Monastery

In ancient times, Padum was believed to be one of the two capitals of Zanskar, the other one being Zangla.

Padum is the administrative headquarters of the Zanskar region of Jammu and Kashmir and is well known for its untouched and remote surroundings. Sani Monastery
