What truly stood out was the support from the team when I lost my luggage during the trip. I got really anxious about it, but Feroz, our tour guide, went above and beyond to help track it down and constantly reassured me throughout the process. Along with Aakash, they used their local contacts and personally coordinated everything to ensure my luggage reached me safely while also minimizing the transfer cost. Despite the situation, they made sure my trip experience was not impacted at all. Their effort, care, and professionalism genuinely exceeded expectations.
