Why choose WanderOn’s Meghalaya Tour Packages from Jaipur?

WanderOn’s Meghalaya tour Packages From Jaipur include:

1. Stress-Free Planning

Planning a trip all the way from Jaipur to Meghalaya can be complicated - booking flights, finding hotels, arranging transport from Guwahati to Shillong, and handling permits if needed. With WanderOn, you don’t have to worry about any of that. We handle flights, transfers, hotels, local guides, and even your sightseeing plan.

2. Comfort and Safety

Northeast India is beautiful but unfamiliar to many travellers from Jaipur. WanderOn makes sure you travel safely, with well-trained trip captains and trusted local drivers who know the roads and culture. Their team also gives 24/7 support if you need help during the trip.

3. Like-Minded Company

4. Best Sightseeing Itinerary

Meghalaya is full of natural wonders - from Cherrapunji waterfalls to living root bridges and the Dawki river. WanderOn’s packages make sure you visit the best spots, with good time to explore each place, instead of rushing. We also include hidden gems you might miss on a self-planned trip.

5. Reliable Accommodation

Meghalaya has many homestays and hotels, but the quality can be hit or miss if you book on your own. WanderOn partners with safe, clean, and comfortable stays so you can relax after long days of exploring.

6. Hassle-Free Transfers

There is no direct flight from Jaipur to Shillong, and train travel also means you need to connect from Guwahati. WanderOn takes care of these tricky transfers for you. Their team will pick you up at Guwahati airport or station and smoothly get you to Shillong or wherever your hotel is, saving you the headache of local travel.

7. Great Value for Money

When you book everything yourself - flights, hotels, cabs, tickets - costs can pile up fast. WanderOn negotiates better group rates and packs them into one clear price, so you save money.

8. Local Experiences

WanderOn includes authentic local experiences - trying Khasi cuisine, chatting with village elders, or seeing traditional dance shows - that a normal travel agent might skip. These moments are what make Meghalaya truly unforgettable.

9. Flexibility

Whether you want to go from Jaipur to Meghalaya by flight, train, or even try a scenic road trip, WanderOn can customise your plan. You just tell them your dates, and we handle the rest.

Best Time to Visit Meghalaya

Though Meghalaya is beautiful throughout the year, the best time to visit Meghalaya is from October to April. The weather during this time is pleasant, and most outdoor activities are open. The monsoon months (June to September) bring heavy rain, making travel difficult, but the waterfalls are in full glory.

This was my first time traveling to the North-East (Meghalaya + Kaziranga). The accommodations were excellent, with delicious food. It was particularly safe for female solo travelers .The fellow travelers were also fantastic and full of fun. Special thanks to our trip captain Anubhav. His attention to everyone's comfort and ensuring a good time was truly commendable. His wonderful playlist added an extra touch of enjoyment to the journey. To the WanderOn team, I have a couple of suggestions: 1. Consider adding some off-beat places to the itinerary. 2. Improve the Tempo Traveler as it was a long journey and there was not enough leg space. From trekking through lush greenery to encountering majestic wildlife, every moment was filled with wonder and excitement. It was a journey I'll cherish forever. And already, I find myself missing Meghalaya and the friends we made on the trip.

We went on a customised trip to Meghalaya with Wanderon. We don’t know where to begin as this trip has been one of the best decisions we made. Every single place mentioned in the itinerary was mesmerisingly beautiful. We were able to cover all places. The accommodation booked in every place was more than what we expected. Our driver Mr. Biju Das, he is a very friendly, witty person who made these 6 days of our journey joyful. He also took us to places which was not part of the itinerary like Shillong peak, wah-kaba falls etc.,and he made sure we don’t miss out on any places. He would happily say “chaliye aap logon ko meri taraf se kuch dikhata hoon”. He also took us to nice restaurants like sardarji da dhaba( near to airport) flames & flavours( near elephant falls). Lastly I would like to thank Anusha who coordinated this trip with us and made sure everything was going well and there was no hassle or issues. Special thanks to ⁨Divas Agarwal for curating this itinerary as per our needs. Thank you Wanderon for this well coordinated trip. Looking forward for many more trips with you all. 😍🥰
